GM-CSF
GM-CSF(Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) is also known as colony-stimulating factor 2 (CSF2). It is a monomeric glycoprotein secreted by T cells, mast cells, macrophages, natural killer cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts.
Different from granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, which promotes neutrophil proliferation and maturation specially. GM-CSF affects the cell types, especially macrophages and eosinophils.
