Intermedin
Intermedin (IMD) is a novel peptide, it relates to colcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) and adrenomedullin (AM). The active C-terminal fragments are MD(1-53), IMD(1-47) and IMD(8-47).
IMD has the same family of receptors as AM and CGRP, these receptors are composed of a calcitonin-receptor like receptor (CALCRL) associated with one of three receptor activity modifying proteins (RAMP).
Notice: All peptides are only for research purposes, Not for clinical use.
