Neoendorphin
Neoendorphins are a group of endogenous opioid peptides, they are derived from the proteolytic cleavage of prodynorphin. There are two common kinds: α-neoendorphin and β-neoendorphin. Both are the products of the dynorphin gene.
The sequence of α-neoendorphin is H-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu-Arg-Lys-Tyr-Pro-Lys-OH
The sequence of β-neoendorphin is H-Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu-Arg-Lys-Tyr-Pro-OH
Notice: All peptides are only for research purposes, Not for clinical use.
