Orexins
Orexin is a neuropeptide, it is also known as hypocretin. Orexin can regulate arousal, wakefulness, and appetite, it has the forms of orexin-A and orexin-B.
Orexins are primarily localized in the hypothalamus, they are implicated in the regulation of various activities like feeding behavior, energy balance, idiopathic narcolepsy.
