Selectin Related Peptides
Selectins are a class of cell adhesion molecules. All selectins are single-chain transmembrane glycoproteins. They has similar properties to C-type lectins, in reason of the related amino terminus and calcium-dependent binding.
Selectins are three related receptors, they can initiate the rolling of leukocytes on activated platelets or endothelium, through the Ca2+ dependent recognition of cell surface carbohydrates.
Notice: All peptides are only for research purposes, Not for clinical use.
