WWamide
Wwamides are active heptapeptide amides, which is isolated originally from ganglia of the African giant snail. The synthetic WWamide-1 has the inhibitory activity on the neuron of snails, and also exhibit peripherally modulatory effects on muscular contractions in tissues of snails.
